EU PPWR - Design for minimisation

Introduction

Within the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) framework, two subsections address packaging minimisation (Article 10) and empty space limits (Article 24). This article focuses on the timeline for the implementation of guidance under these provisions, setting out when key guidance is expected, when regulations will be updated, and when requirements are due to take effect.
