Introduction

Within the EU PPWR framework, two subsections address compostable packaging (Article 9) and biobased feedstock (Article 8). This article focuses on the timeline for the implementation of guidance under these provisions, setting out when key guidance is expected, when regulations will be updated, and when requirements are due to take effect.
