Our solution
Super-scaled supplier engagement with Ecosurety Collect
We initiated an Ecosurety Collect project to request comprehensive packaging component data from suppliers on the retailer's behalf, prioritising the top 45% that were responsible for 95% of products.
Using Collect we:
- Requested complex packaging data from over 700 suppliers
- Enabled suppliers to upload component-level data directly into Ecosurety Collect
- Validated the data via our automated checks and our data analyst team
- Prompted suppliers to regularly review submitted data and update any changes
- Provided regular progress reports to the retailer
