Chairman

Adam joined the team as chairman in 2023 with a key responsibility of steering the future direction of the company and delivering its mission of accelerating change towards an environmentally sustainable world.

Will Ghali

Chief Executive Officer

Will Ghali is responsible for leading the Ecosurety team and the strategic direction of the company. He ensures that we deliver the highest level of transparency and service to our members whilst fulfilling our purpose to accelerate change towards an environmentally and socially sustainable world.

Steve Clark

Non-Executive Director

Steve works alongside the Ecosurety board as a non-executive director and is the majority shareholder. He remains committed to ensuring the impact and ethics on which the company was founded remain at the core of our direction and decisions today.

James Piper

Non-Executive Director

James Piper is a dedicated environmental champion, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Ecosurety. With nearly five years of experience as the company’s CEO, James played a pivotal role in driving the development of innovative products and services.

Louise Granville-Smith

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Lou is responsible for overseeing all things finance at Ecosurety. After a spell at Lloyds banking group she took on the role of financial controller at Northcroft Construction Ltd, overseeing the implementation of new systems and a relocation of the finance team.

Jon Brookes

Chief Partnerships and Growth Officer

As Chief Partnerships and Growth Officer, Jon is responsible for overseeing the Client Services, Business Development, Marketing and Sustainability teams.

Robbie Staniforth

Chief Policy and Impact Officer

As Chief Policy and Impact Officer at Ecosurety, Robbie has spearheaded our growing portfolio of cross-industry innovation projects and is an established voice in the industry.

Sally Foote

Chief Product and Technology Officer

Sally is our Chief Product and Technology Officer, appointed in 2026 to support our ambition to become a leading data and technology platform for the packaging sector.

Abigail Warren

Head of Client Operations

Abigail joined Ecosurety back in 2015 and is now Head of Client Operations, ensuring our team provides critical support to our members and additional value beyond compliance.

Lisa Franklin

Head of Client Partnerships

In her role as Head of Client Partnerships, Lisa is responsible for deepening the partnerships we have with key clients. She provides strategic support to our key clients, sharing industry learnings and best practices to support their packaging data journeys and sustainability strategies.  Lisa joined Ecosurety with over twelve years of account management and client services experience. This includes ten years at Consumer Intelligence - a data and insights agency working in the highly regulated financial services sector. Lisa holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Cardiff University and in her spare time enjoys running, reading and travelling. In 2024 Lisa took time off work to combine her love of travel and sport by taking part in the Clipper Round the World Race!

Alice Flavin

Head of Business Development

As Head of Business Development at Ecosurety, Alice oversees the business development team with a core focus on sustainable growth working with prospective clients and identifying key areas of opportunity to support brands and retailers with their compliance requirements.

Nigel Ransom

Head of Procurement

As Head of Procurement, Nigel and his team are responsible for buying PRNs for all Ecosurety scheme members. He undertakes market research and data analysis and makes informed decisions for the benefit of members.

Sam Perry

Head of Circular Packaging

As Head of Circular Packaging, Sam champions change through Ecosurety’s advisory projects, exploring reuse and packaging regulatory support to guide clients in making informed data driven decisions.

Matt Baker

Head of Finance

Matt joined Ecosurety in 2025 as Head of Finance, reporting into our CFO, Louse Granville-Smith. As his title suggests Matt's remit is all things Finance related! Having started his career at Deloitte, in Restructuring Services, Matt moved to A-Gas, where he took a more traditional finance role.

James Champ

Head of Operations

James holds the role of Head of Operations where he is responsible for ensuring Ecosurety and its members are compliant across the packaging regulations. James has a black belt in lean six sigma and uses his experience to improve operational efficiencies.

Steph Housty

Head of Sustainability and Marketing

In addition to shaping the marketing and communication strategy, she is in charge of moving up the dial on Ecosurety’s social and environmental impact by driving the sustainability strategy.

Richard Marriott

Head of Reuse

Leading on refill and reuse, Rich works in collaboration with industry partners to design and enable reusable packaging systems at scale. He has previously implemented reusable packaging solutions across multiple sectors and channels, including home delivery.
