Ecosurety named as a finalist in the 2017 Business Brilliance Awards UK

Nomination in the ‘Employer of the Year’ category recognises leadership that creates a ‘best place to work’ environment.

Business Brilliance Awards FinalistThe Business Brilliance Awards celebrate leading companies from all around the world, regardless of size or industry, in the private or third sector. Previous winners of the awards include BMW Group, O2, Aviva and Zurich.

The Employer of the Year category recognises organisations that have created a stimulating and supportive work environment and a real commitment to the welfare of its employees, resulting in high staff satisfaction levels and a well-motivated, ambitious and integrated workforce.

Continuing success story

Key areas that are judged include successful communication of brand values, staff development, an embedded ethical culture, and creative and collaborative customer service.

Managing director James Piper commented “We are justifiably proud of our team, company culture and ethos, as this undoubtedly enables us to stand apart from the competition and lead best practice in our industry. It’s great recognition to be nominated for this award and we look forward to continuing our success story into the future.”
